The following is a brief introduction to the processing technology of the guide rail:
The machining process of the guide rail is: ①rough machining→②semi-finishing→③finish machining, with two heat treatments interspersed in the middle, and two methods of grinding and scraping are used in the finishing stage. Most of the machining volume of the parts is removed by rough machining. This machining process generates heat and machining stress. Therefore, during the machining process, attention should be paid to the selection of the three elements of cutting to minimize the deformation of the parts; in order to further eliminate the effects of deformation and ensure the design of the parts Tolerance requirements of size and shape and position, through finishing processing to reduce deformation, in order to meet the design requirements.
Annealing treatment: The purpose of annealing the guide rail first is to eliminate casting stress. Heat to 500-550℃ at a rate of 50-100℃/h, keep it for 3～5 hours, then cool to 200℃ at a rate of 20-50℃/h, and then air-cool.
Artificial aging: due to the processing stress generated during the rough machining process, it will cause the stress to be released for a period of time after the processing is completed, and the parts will be deformed. The dimensional accuracy and form and position accuracy just after the processing is completed are not the final accuracy. Therefore, after the rough machining and semi-finish machining of this process are completed, in order to eliminate the processing stress, the parts should be artificially aging. Heat to 500～550℃ at a rate of less than 100℃/h, keep it for 4～6 hours, then cool it to 200℃ at a rate of 20～30℃/h, and then air cool.
Through the above processing technology, a high-precision THK guide rail is processed.

2.What’s the cost for printing one square meter?
The requirement of inks volume is different because of different printing accuracy and quality. The commonly algorithm of this industry is: one square meter consumption is 10~12ml if completely spraying, it will be in lower ink consumption if in light color or incomplete inkjet printing.
3.How could you do the effect of tri-dimensional embossed?
The solid effect can be achieved by two methods: (1) changes the printing material: achieve the embossed effect through engraving machine or material itself texture, then use our
UV flatbed printer to print in contraposition; (2)we are with 3D stereo embossed printing technology. use white inks to print several times and make them pile up, to get the relief effect. The difference of this two methods are: the former method allows bigger height difference of three-dimensional effect, but with higher cost; the later with height difference limits, but can be piled up repeatedly when prints, and convenient operation technologies and coast can be controlled, but also with very good performance.
