Because the stability of the ink determines the use of the universal flatbed printer nozzle, and The stability of the ink is determined by the viscosity, surface tension, volatility, fluidity and other factors of the ink. What directly affects these indicators is not entirely determined by the production process. The temperature and humidity of the storage and use environment are also determined by the ink. Played a decisive role in normal use. If the temperature is too high or too low, the viscosity of the ink will decrease or increase a lot, thereby breaking the original state of the ink. As a result, there are frequent disconnections and even faint pictures in the process of spray painting. On the other hand, if the environmental humidity is too low and the temperature is relatively high, the volatility of the ink will increase, and the ink will easily dry and form a solidified product on the surface of the nozzle, which will affect the normal operation of the nozzle. If the humidity is too high, ink may accumulate around the nozzle hole, which will also affect the print head, and the picture will not dry easily. So pay attention to changes in temperature and humidity at all times. The nozzle's requirements for humidity are relatively subtle. The ink volume in the nozzle's ink cavity is very small, and the ink is siphoned to complete the ink supply process. Different brands of universal printers have different nozzle voltages. For example, the nozzle voltage of Gongzheng Machine is 37V, the nozzle voltage of Cyber Machine is 35V, and the nozzle voltage of Yaselan is 33V. Different voltages require different ink viscosity. It is not the same. High printhead voltage requires high ink viscosity, and low printhead voltage requires low ink viscosity. The two are in a proportional relationship.
