Different nozzles decides the number of colors.
1. Epson print head, 8 channels, one channel can produce one color, then one nozzle can produce five colors, or six colors plus two whites or eight colors.
2. Ricoh 5 nozzles, one nozzle produces two colors, and 5 colors require 3 nozzles.
What needs to be understood is that the more colors a single nozzle produces, the slower the printing speed, which is a civilian nozzle; one nozzle produces one color, and most of them are industrial nozzles, and the printing speed is faster.
The 5-color printing effect of UV printer can meet the following requirements:
1. Ordinary color printing, printing color patterns on transparent materials, black materials, and dark materials;
2. 3D effect, printing visual 3D effect patterns on the surface of the material;
3. The embossed effect, the surface pattern of the material is uneven, and the hand feels layered.
If the 5-color printing effect of the UV printer is not satisfactory, how to upgrade?
1. Hardware: add new nozzles, ink cartridges, ink circuit, pressurized version and other parts;
2. Software: upgrade the original control software and color software.

3.What’s the cost for printing one square meter?
The requirement of inks volume is different because of different printing accuracy and quality. The commonly algorithm of this industry is: one square meter consumption is 10~12ml if completely spraying, it will be in lower ink consumption if in light color or incomplete inkjet printing.
