1. The paint and thinner in the varnish are mixed with water when they are blended.
2. Excessive amount of diluent when the varnish is diluted;
3. The surface of the printed object is rough, the absorption of varnish is too large, and the coating is too thin;
4. The surface of the printed object is damp, dirty, with moisture, acid, salt, alkali and other substances;
5. The humidity of the on-site environment is greater than 90%, causing the coating to become white and lose gloss;
6. The site temperature is too low, the drying is slow, and the moisture gathers on the surface, causing loss of light.

3. For rough printed items, increase the amount of varnish used;
4. Before using the UV flatbed printer to spray varnish, carefully clean the surface of the printed items without impurities;
5. Adjust and control the environmental humidity, preferably between 25% and 80%;
6. Adjust and control the indoor temperature, preferably between 20°-40°.

The difference of this two methods are: the former method allows bigger height difference of three-dimensional effect, but with higher cost; the later with height difference limits, but can be piled up repeatedly when prints, and convenient operation technologies and coast can be controlled, but also with very good performance.
