The difference between RGB and CMYK
■ RGB mode is a luminous color mode, you can still see the content on the screen in a dark room. As long as the image displayed on the screen is represented by the RGB mode.
■ CMYK is a color mode that relies on reflections. How do we read the content of newspapers? It is the sunlight or light that shines on the newspaper and then reflects it in our eyes to see the content. It needs to have an external light source, if you are in a dark room you cannot read the newspaper. As long as the image seen on the printed matter is expressed in CMYK mode. Such as periodicals, magazines, newspapers, posters, etc.
■ Each CMYK four-color ink can use a value from 0 to 100%. Process inks are assigned a lower color percentage for the brightest colors, and a higher percentage is assigned for darker colors. For example, bright red might contain 2% cyan, 93% magenta, 90% yellow, and 0% black.
■ In printing, the four colors of CMYK are usually superimposed to reproduce thousands of other colors.
